Our Services
Our bagels are made with local PNW ingredients, but made in a very traditional NYC style. As a small batch producer, we take the time and ferment the dough at least 48 hours prior to boiling and baking and ensure great care with each bagel.
We love to partner with local cafes, restaurants, and businesses.

Vegan
The base of all of our bagels is vegan, unless you order flavors that explicitly have cheese in the title.

Our bagels do not have any preservatives in them and are baked and delivered to your cafe the same day.
